The Talent Society

Established in the University of Manchester, The Talent Society (TTS) provides a platform for student creative talent. Whether it is through a range of creative mediums such music, visual art, spoken word, dance, fashion, drama or photography, with an available platform there is always the opportunity to positively affect communities and also showcase one’s talents.
We host regular live alternative showcase events, weekly ‘Just Jam’ sessions, collaborate with external festivals and companies, as well as organise voluntary initiatives in which students can volunteer within the local community.
As a society we provide an opportunity for every student whether you want to perform, just watch, sound engineer for an event, organise an event, just jam with fellow musicians or volunteer to run creative workshops, there is definitely something for everyone.
