You will need to complete these forms, all of which can be downloaded from this page. Hand the completed forms in at the Student Activities Centre.

- Duty of Care: Activities Risk Assessment Form A3 - page 1

- Inventory Form A5 - 1 page
- List of Members Form A4 - 3 pages
- Income and Expenditure Form A6 - 1 page

You will also need a Bank Form. Copies are not available on line, but can be obtained from your society pigeonhole in the Student Activities Centre.
Remember to make a copy of your Society Members List before submitting your registration forms.
